Currently, printing #9 window envelopes for statements is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, you can modify the statement size using the printer settings to achieve your preferred layout by following these steps:
Here's how:
- Go to Sales, then click Customers.
- Choose a customer and hover to the New Transaction.
- Select Statement, then click Print or Preview.
- Hit the printer button to edit the layout.
- Scroll down and click More settings.
- On the Paper size, choose Envelope #9 and adjust the scale percentage according to your preference.
- Once done, click Print.
