Yes, you can move employee time from TSheets/Workforce to QuickBooks Online (QBO) to create an invoice, @patriciagardens5. I can guide you through the process step by step.

First, when inputting the time, select the appropriate customer for that specific timesheet and click Yes for the Billable option. If done, approve the timesheet record to export into QBO. Here's how you can do it:

  1. In your QuickBooks Time, go to Approvals.
  2. Find the created timesheet and hit Approve. If you need to edit some information on the timesheet, unapproved it first to modify.
  3. After that, select the Export Approved Time from the upper right corner of your screen.

If completed, the timesheet will be exported to QBO, allowing you to add it to your invoice. Follow these steps for a detailed guide:

  1. From the left panel, click the +New button.
  2. Hit Invoice.
  3. Choose the correct customer you selected when creating the timesheet.
  4. In the right panel, you'll be prompted a Suggested transactions and pick the exact billable time you want to invoice.
  5. You can edit some information inside the invoice and if done, click Review and Send.

Furthermore, you also have the option to customize your invoices based on your business's standard appearance. For a guide, check this resource:  Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

You're free to post here again or make this thread active anytime for additional questions or any other queries with QBO. I'm here to help you effectively. Take care!
