I'm here to guide you with sending an email to your customers, brent10.
Let's use the Batch Actions feature to send the same email to your customers. This feature helps us save and manage time efficiently. I'll guide you how:
- From the Sales menu, select Customers.

If you're unable to send the email using the Batch Actions feature, we can perform some troubleshooting to see if this is a browser-related cause.
To start, let's access your account using a private browser. This will open your account in a clean slate and loads fresh data.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
Once signed in, perform the steps above. If you successfully send the email, let's clear the cache of your main browser. This helps remove its stored cache so it'll function efficiently.
However, if private browsing doesn't work, I suggest using a different browser. They will provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. For more details, see this article: System Requirements for QBO.
You may also want to send an email or print multiple invoices and sales forms. This helps you finish the task quickly by doing it as a batch instead of one at a time.
We're always here to help. Don't hesitate to get back to us for other QuickBooks concerns.
