Can someone please tell if you can do a project and the project address show up on the invoice? I have a builder that I'm doing 3 jobs for.

I can show you how to add your project address on your invoices, @debbie-gcmconstr.

To get started, the Billing and Shipping address on your invoices will be the same as the information you've added to the customer's profile. If you haven't added this information yet, I suggest doing so before proceeding. You can scroll down to the Edit a customer section on the following article for detailed guidance: Add and manage customers in QuickBooks Online.

In the meantime, you can add a custom field to your project that will show up on your invoices. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Projects menu. 
2. Click the Options dropdown under the Actions column for this specific project and select Edit this project. 

   

    
    
3. On the Edit your project window that appears, click on + Add custom field. 
4. Set a name and then select Text and number on the Data Type. 
5. Click the Project radio button, then the Invoice checkbox and then toggle the Print on form slide bar. 
6. Select Save once you're done. 
   

Once done, you can now create an invoice with the custom field you've created. 

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Go back to the Projects menu and click on the project you'd like to add an invoice. 
2. Click on Invoices below Income.
3. On the invoice page, you can now create an invoice and enter the address on the custom field you've created. 
4. Provide all the necessary information for this invoice. 
5. Click on Save or Save and Send button once you're done.
