The same goes with QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can find emails you send to customers in their profile's Transaction List tab, jbkdistributors-. I'll guide you on how to do this.
The Sales page gives you a convenient overview of all your sales transactions' status. To get details of the entries you've sent (only the status and not the actual email) to your customers, you can visit their profile directly. Here's how:
- Go to Sales and select Customers.
- Locate your customer and choose their name to open their profile.
- Under the Transaction List tab, see the Status column to identify all sent transactions.

Alternatively, you can run and customize (filter all Sent transactions) the Transaction List by Customer report to get the data you need.
Moreover, you have the option to link your Gmail address to QBO to send invoices to customers. Check out this article to guide you through the process: Use your Gmail address to send invoices in QuickBooks Online.
