Can you add the project name field to a customer statement?

I'm joining you here to share info and answer your questions about customer statements, operations-green.

Creating a statement in QuickBooks Online can only be done on the parent customer profile. Customizing a statement or adding additional fields is also not available in the program at the moment.  

Being able to add project details to statements would be a great addition to QBO. Feedback and customer suggestions are always welcome and reviewed when new updates are designed.

I would recommend sending a feature request about this to our product engineers. Let me show you the steps on how to send feedback inside QBO:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Type in your suggestions and click Next to submit them.

Aside from that, there are also third party apps that offer customization features for invoices and statements. These apps can be synced with QuickBooks so you can easily exchange data while using both apps.

Here's how to look for accredited and approved apps:

1. Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find Apps or Apps tab.
2. Click the drop-down list for Browse categories.
3. Select Get paid.
