Deleting Invoices

Hi,

 

I am a CIS Sub contractor i linked my bank account to my quick books and thats all i need.

 

I tried the invoice section and tried to add previous invoices and link up to transaction and its messed my whole quik books uo.

 

is there anybody who works for quick books like a data checker to restore me to a state i was happy with or do i need to delelte my account and start again ?

Deleting Invoices

It's my priority to ensure your QuickBooks data is accurate, simmo821.

 

To delete an invoice, I'd recommend following the step-by-step process below.

  1. Select Invoices from the left navigation bar.
  2. Look for the duplicate.
  3. In the Action column, click on the drop-down arrow.
  4. Select Delete

 

If you'd like to start over your QuickBooks account, we'll have to cancel the subscription. Then, sign up for a new one again.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Self-Employed company and go to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Billing info, then click Cancel now.
  3. Enter your feedback when prompted, then select Cancel subscription

 

Once done, create a new QuickBooks Self-Employed account and then enter your details.

 

In case you want to speak with our representative, please see the steps below.

  1. Go to Assistant.
  2. Type in Talk to human.
  3. Select Chat with a human.
