To delete an invoice, I'd recommend following the step-by-step process below.
- Select Invoices from the left navigation bar.
- Look for the duplicate.
- In the Action column, click on the drop-down arrow.
- Select Delete.
If you'd like to start over your QuickBooks account, we'll have to cancel the subscription. Then, sign up for a new one again.
Here's how:
- Open your QuickBooks Self-Employed company and go to the Settings menu.
- Select Billing info, then click Cancel now.
- Enter your feedback when prompted, then select Cancel subscription.
Once done, create a new QuickBooks Self-Employed account and then enter your details.
