Email notifications are useful in notifying your vendors or contractors about the task they need to accomplish in QuickBooks. I understand that you want to turn this off, however, since this system-generated email, the option to stop it is unavailable.
Although, I'll take note of this as a suggestion to improve your QuickBooks experience. You can also leave feedback to our Product Engineers and let them know about the changes you'd like to see made.
This can be done directly through your account by clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner, then select Feedback. Enter the details of your concern in the box and click Send.
