I can see that printing a report that shows items per group can be useful in your business. However, this option is currently unavailable on QuickBooks Desktop.
For now, you may consider clicking on each group and copying the items listed, including the retail price. Then, put them in a spreadsheet and print it.
The Community recognizes feedback and product suggestions to make the program better. You can send this idea through the Send Feedback Online option within your QuickBooks account. This way, our management and engineering teams could take action to help improve your experience.

- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Send Feedback Online.
