I’m really close to selling my business and not being able to show the buyer the customers history may blow the deal.
This is stupid!!! The invoice history should be easily / immediately seen on my invoice without having to click through several prompts. I get an immediate note when a PO is sent, why not when an invoice is sent?????????
Make sure you are in Accountant View. Click the Gear Icon. At the bottom right click Business View to Accountant View.

In the new invoicing experience, you can see the invoice status and its history by navigating the Sales menu. Viewing the invoice activity is currently unavailable if you're on the invoice itself. I'll guide you through the steps to access this tab.

Agreed! It used to be SO EASY to see the entire history of the invoice on a single screen. This was HUGE for efficiency and ease-of-use. I know you can still see it on the Sales - Invoices screen, but that screen is also NOT super easy-to use - too many clicks to get to what you need. I wish they would put it back on the individual invoice screen!
I am in the Accountant screen. QB just took that necessary information away.
Thank you for the post, but I already knew how to access the Invoice History through this screen. It's just a WAY less efficient way to have to do it. It is my opinion that this information should ALSO be available on the individual Invoice screen - make the full history visible in both places. And I have seen countless other users echoing this same request on the QB support community.
