Dear QuickBooks,
This didn't really provide much assistance and gave me even less confidence in your product support.  It told me to use the "Assistant" feature in QBSE...a feature that is no longer available.  Then pressing the "Help" feature just looped me back into the FAQ section and "Contact Us" which is where I started this question.  
 
It's obvious that you are not very knowledgeable in QBSE functions and just gave me a canned response to clear the question from your queue.

Quickbooks,
This didn't really provide much assistance and gave me even less confidence in your product support.  It told me to use the Assistant feature and ask for a new feature in QBSE.  This feature is no longer available in QBSE.  It then told me to use the Help feature which looped me back to FAQ's and the Contact Us feature which is where this all started.
 
It is apparent that I received a canned response to clear this from the queue and there's really no intent to provide meaningful product support to QBSE.
