How can I get the due date to print on invoices

Enabling the due date option to print on invoices can be made possible, dfdude6. I've got the assistance you need so you can send these accounts to your customers.

We can configure this setup on your company settings to allow due dates to show when printing their invoices. To do this:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Custom Form Styles.
  2. Choose the specific invoice form template and click Edit.
  3. Select the Content tab and click on the heading section of the invoice form.
  4. Under the Display section, enable the Due Date option to show on your invoices.
  5. Review other details and click Done to save.

Once ready, you can review the existing invoice created and set the specific customized template you've modified above to apply to your sales form. Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales and click Customers.
  2. Choose the specific customer and locate the invoice you want to modify.
  3. Click Customize and set the template you've made changes to.
  4. Then, select the Print or Preview to review the printing format.

Furthermore, once customers want to pay the invoices received, you can track and record their payments to ensure account balances and amounts on your file are accurate.

We're always open to any additional queries you may have when printing and managing customer sales forms. Please feel free to reply to a comment below, and we'll be right here, willing to help. Keep safe!
