How can I print/download a copy of a paid vendor bill?

Thanks for coming by, @bbelinsky2. I'll walk you through how to print and get a copy of a paid bill in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online doesn't offer a native method for printing paid bills. As a workaround, you can print a list of paid bills by heading to the Reports tab.

1. Go to the Reports tab on the left navigation bar.
2. In the search tab, enter Transaction List by vendor.
3. Customize the Date and Rows/Column section and hit Run Report.
4. Select the Customize button, to modify the report.

5. Tick the Filter dropdown arrow then put a check mark on the A/P Paid. You can also choose which report      you want to view from the list.

6. Then click the transaction status you want to see from the list by clicking the dropdown arrow and        selecting Paid.

7. Click Run Report.

Let's also make sure to check the A/R Paid column to help the report show up on the list. Here's how:

1. From the Preview, click the tiny Gear icon.
2. Tick the Show more dropdown arrow.

3. Put a check mark on the A/P Paid. 

If you need a copy of a single paid bill, you can print it using a simple version of any web page using universal keyboard keys.

To get started, follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the Expenses tab and the Expenses section in QuickBooks Online.
2. In the list below, locate the bill you want to print and click on it to open it.
3. On a Windows PC, press CTRL+P.
4. The Print Preview window in your browser will open. You can modify the orientation (Landscape vs. Portrait) and scale of the printed page in some browsers, such as Google Chrome, to ensure that all the information fits.
5. To print, press the Print button.
