How can I set up an expense account for a property mortgage

I'll share some steps on setting up property mortgage accounts, coco. 

No worries, this is an easy process we can easily accomplish. 
 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Transactions and choose the Chart of accounts (COA) tab. 
  2. Select the New button.

  3. Identify the Account Type from the dropdown menu. 
  4. Choose the Detail Type from the dropdown list. 
  5. Fill out the necessary fields. 
  6. Click Save and Close
