You can easily edit your invoice from the Sales menu page. I can guide you on how to do it.
Here's how:
- Go to the Sales menu.
- Select the Invoices tab.
- Locate the invoice you want to edit.
- From the Actions column, click the drop-down.
- Choose View/Edit.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save and Close or Save and Send.
Just a heads-up, make sure to inform your customer about the changes especially if it will impact the total amount of the invoice. You can also run the Open Invoice report. This displays all the unpaid invoices and statement charges, with totals for each customer.
