We're delighted to see you here in the Community Space, Henavamilesbry4.
I've got steps to help you find your created estimates for your customers.
To ensure you're able to find these estimates, you'll want to utilize the Search function using the magnifying glass to look for the transactions created. I've also provided a screenshot for reference. You may follow the steps below.
Here's how:
- In your QuickBooks Online account, select Sales from the left menu bar.
- Select Estimates.
- You can filter the Status and Date dropdowns to ensure you've got the specific estimate.

You'll now see all the estimates you've created with their corresponding details in each column.
Also, you can check out this article to guide you in converting these estimates to an invoice: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online.
Moreover, I've added this reference to guide you in personalizing and adding specific information to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
