How do I get a list of all the checks I wrote from one of my accounts to one entity?

Hello there.

I'm here to guide you in obtaining a list of all checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To view the list of checks you created, you can utilize the Check Detail Report to display specific transactions. Let me show the steps below:

  1. On the Left panel, Go to the Report Menu.
  2. In the Find reports by name, search Check detail.
  3. If you need to customize other filters, Click the Customize Button on the upper right.
  4. Pull up Specific date period.
  5. Then Run the report.

If you want to export this report to Excel or PDF, click on the box dropdown next to the gear icon, then select the option.

You can check this added article if you want to send more reports via email to the same individuals by grouping the reports: Memorize report in QuickBooks Online.
