I’d be happy to help you access your customer list in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
If you’re using Android or IOS, here’s how to do it:
- Open the QBO app.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select the Customers to view the Customer list.

Moreover, If you're unable to access it, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to clear the corrupted cache that causes misbehavior in the program.
For Android:
- Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Click the Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
For IOS:
- Go to Settings, then tap General.
- Click the iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App.
If the issue persists, you can also close and restart the application or uninstall and re-install it.
