How do i get to previous checks and invoices?

Good day, russwestlake-yah.

 

I'll share different ways how to get to your previous checks and invoices. One option is through the Audit log. From there you can check all the previous transactions created including your checks and invoices.

 

Here's how:f

 

  1. Select the Gear icon and click Audit Log.
  2. Find the transaction, then under the History column, choose View.
  3. Then click the black arrow next to the Date and time of history.

 

Another option is to pull up and customize your Transaction List by Customer report to show all customer transactions like invoices. I'm here to help you accomplish this.
 

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Enter Transaction List by Customer.

  3. Click Customize.

  4. Select Rows/Columns and then choose Status.
  5. Under Filter, select Transaction Type and Invoice.
  6. On the Sent drop-down menu, select All.

  7. Click Run report.

For Checks,  you can tun the Check Detail if you wish to review the check you created. Here’s how to run the report:

 

  1. Click Reports on the left navigation pane.
  2. In the Go to report search field, type in Check Detail.
  3. Select the Customize button at the upper right corner.
  4. Choose the Filter section, and select Check Printed. Then, click the dropdown arrow and click the Printed option.
  5. Click Run report.
