How do I look up a customer using their address only?

Welcome to the Community space, @kwilliams.

There are many ways on how to look up a customer using their address. Just pull up the Customer Contact List Report, or go to the Customers tab from Sales on the left pane. Let me walk you through the steps:

From the Customer's menu:

  1. Click Sales on the left pane.
  2. Choose the Customers tab.
  3. On the Search field, enter the address details.

Here’s how to search using the Customer Contact List Report:

  1. Go to Reports in the left navigation bar.
  2. Type in Customer Contact List in the search box.
  3. Press and hold Ctrl +F on your keyboard. A small search box will appear.
  4. Enter the address that you’re looking for.

Another option is by using the Advanced Search feature:

  1. Click the Magnifying Glass icon.
  2. Enter the customer's address.
