In QBO, you can utilize the SKU option to assign numbers for your products. This allows you to track inventory items efficiently.
If you use this feature for your products and services, let’s run the Products/Services List to obtain the product ID. With just a few clicks you can build the report.
If you’re using a third-party application to add the product ID, I suggest posting this question to the Intuit Developer Forum. They can help you with how to get the information.
You can read through this write-up to learn more about managing inventory. It includes instructions on how to add your product’s name, SKU, and category, turn on the Inventory feature, etc.: Add inventory products in QuickBooks Online.
Keep me posted if you still need help with QBO. I’m more than happy to assist further. Enjoy the rest of the day.
