Though there isn't an exact report specific to show fiscal YTD of donors who gave more than $20,000 for the IRS in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you'll want to run the Transaction List by Customer/Donor report. This shows all the customer/donor transactions and you can also customize the filter using the Customize report option.

There really isn't an easy way to do it in QuickBooks using the built-in reports.
However, you can do it with our BRC Donor Statements - QB Desktop , which you can use in free trial mode to see if it works for you.
It supports both creating letter-like donor statements you can print and send to your Donors and also what we call a "mail merge table", which is set up to work with Word's mail merge feature to do things like print labels or even create statements in Word or other applications.
When using the mail merge feature, you can't actually filter on a giving threshold amount, but you can easily sort or filter the results in Excel to show just the donors you need. The table include the donor's name and address and giving amount and will look something like this sample data:
