It’s possible that your name has been used in the business information, which is why it shows up on your clients' credit card statements, Rocket.
You can update your details in the Merchant Service Center so your name will no longer visible. Here's how:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- Go to the Account tab, then select Account Profile.
- In the Account Holder/Business Information section, click Edit.

- Update your business info, then hit Submit.
Once updated, the changes will reflect on your clients' credit card statements moving forward.
