How do you print an invoice? The old app you could print from inside the invoice and now there is no option!!

I'll help you print your invoices and provide troubleshooting using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile app. Follow these steps to print your invoices through the QBO mobile app:

For Android devices:

1. Go to Menu ☰, then click Invoices.
2. Choose one of your invoices from the list to open the transaction.
3. Click the vertical ellipsis ⋮ in the upper-right corner.
4. Select Preview and print it from the PDF file viewer.

For iOS devices:

1. Go to Menu ☰, then click Invoices.
2. Choose one of your invoices from the list to open the transaction.
3. Click the Print button to proceed.
   

Additionally, an app's high cache buildup could cause strange product behavior, including printing issues. That said, it's recommended to refresh your data to resolve common bugs and boost the program's performance.

Here's how to do it in the QBO app:

1. Go to the Menu icon and tap Help & Feedback.
2. Select Refresh Data.
3. If you receive a prompt message stating, “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

To refresh the data on your Phone Settings:

1. On your phone's Settings.
2. Go to General and choose iPhone Storage.
3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space, and tap Offload App.

Once refreshed, restart your mobile phone, log back in, and check the invoices on your client's history. If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. You can check out this article for more information: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

As a workaround, we can log in to your account in a web browser and print your invoices there.
