How do you set up multiple jobs under one customer

I've got some insights to share with you, bobjid15.

Yes, you can create multiple projects with the same customer if you're subscribed to QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus, Advanced, and Accountant. Let me walk you through the process.

Here's how to create a project:

  1. Go to the Project menu and select New project.

  2. In the Project Name field, enter the project name.
  3. Select the project customer from the Customer drop-down.
  4. Enter the needed details for the project and click Save.

To add another project with the same customer, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Project, then select New project.

  2. Enter a name for your project in the Project name field.
  3. Select the same customer for the second project.
