How I can print a bill?

Welcome to the Community, wortiz. I can provide alternative ways of printing bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The ability to print bills in QBO is currently unavailable. However, we can take a screenshot of the Bill page or run a Transaction List by Vendor report as an alternative.

Here's how to take a screenshot on the Bill page:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Expenses tab at the left navigation panel and select Bills.
  3. Select the bill you registered.
  4. Press the CTRL plus + icon on your keyboard to zoom out your screen and capture the whole Bill page.
  5. Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard to screenshot.
  6. Then, you can find the screenshot in your computer files to print.

Also, we can run a Transaction List by Vendor report that provides a list of bill transactions associated with a vendor:

  1. Go to the Reports tab on the left navigation panel.
  2. Enter the Transaction List by Vendor report on the Search box.
  3. Filter Report Period when you created the bill.
  4. Click on the Group by button, then select Transaction Type.

  5. Click the Filter button, then choose Transaction Type on the Filter by section and select Bill for Value section.

  6. Select the desired details for the report Columns.

  7. Click on the Export/Print icon if you're ready to print.

If you have expense receipts in the future, you can email them to QBO so we can extract their info and create a transaction for you to review: Email receipts and bills to QBO.

Feel free to comment below if you need further assistance with printing bills. I'll be here to lend a hand.
