How to add a credit card. The video doesn't adequately explain what to do: There is no search field in Linked Accounts so I can't search for my bank like the video says?

I'm here to help you connect your credit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, let's create an account in the Chart of Accounts (COA).

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Chart of accounts.
2. Click New and choose the Credit cards logo.
3. Choose Credit cards in the Save account under and Tax form section dropdowns.
4. Fill in the necessary details and click Save.

Let's now connect your credit card:

1. Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
2. Click Link Account. The Connect an account page will appear.
3. Enter your bank name or URL in the Search field, then click the bank.
4. Enter your credentials in the Login and Password fields, then select Continue. 
5. Click the account you want to connect to and choose the COA account we created above in the dropdown. Select a date to pull transactions from the dropdown. Then, click Connect.

Then, please refer to this article and follow Steps 2 and 3 to download and categorize your transactions: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, if you can't find your bank in the supported bank list, you can consider manually importing your bank transaction to QBO.

Additionally, please reconcile your accounts regularly to keep them accurate and current.
