How to add additional contacts and shipping addresses to customers?

 I can see how the functionality to add additional contacts and shipping addresses to customers' profiles would be beneficial to your business, shari.

As of now, the ability to include additional contacts and shipping addresses to customers' profiles is unavailable. As a workaround, we can add custom fields to customer records to track additional information in QBO. 

To add a custom field, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon then select Custom fields under Lists.
2. Click on the Add Custom field. If you've already created one before, you'll see the Add field instead.
3. Name your custom field.
4. Choose the type of data that will go into your custom field: Text and number, Number only, Date, or Dropdown list. When you choose the Dropdown list, enter the items in the list.
5. Select the category the custom field belongs to Customer, Transaction, or Vendor.
6. Make sure to put a checkmark on the box if you want to add this to other forms.
7. Once done, click on Save.

I'd still recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program.  

Here's how to submit feedback:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Enter your suggestion, then click Next.
