Hello there too, @lenaraiwa,
It looks like we've seen each other in the Community yesterday regarding your foreign currency account's ledger. I'm happy you're back, and I've got some ideas on how to achieve your goal.
We can use the Sort by feature to change the order of entries in your account's ledger. There are seven options you can select from there:
- Date, Type, Number/Ref
- Amount (largest first)
- Amount (smallest first)
- Number/Ref
- Order Entered
- Date and Order Entered
- Cleared status
For example, I used the Amount (largest first) option, and my transactions start from the highest amount to the lowest one. View the screenshot below for your reference.

If the seven options above don't meet your preferred order, I'd suggest exporting the account's QuickReport to Excel. Then, manually drag the entries so they'll mirror your bank statement. I'll guide you how.
- Open the account's ledger/register again.
- Select QuickReport.
- Set the Dates and Report Basis.
- Choose Create New Worksheet from the Excel drop-down list.
- Click Export.
- Manually arrange the transactions based on your preferred order.
The screenshot below shows you the second to fifth steps. For more information, check out this article: Exporting Reports To Excel From QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

Also, you can go to the Help menu, select New Features, and click What's New. This way, you'll learn more about our product enhancements from there.

Lastly, I recommend customizing the Register QuickReport to get the specific information you need for your business. You can also print it to serve as your hard copy.
I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Take care always.
