I appreciate you for taking the time to post here in the Community space, @tv105. I'll make sure you can change the row settings to show the number of customers and vendors on the page in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can click on the Gear icon on the Customer's and Vendor's pages. I'll show you how to do that.

For the Customer's page:

  1. Go to the Customers & Leads menu and select the Customers tab.
  2. Select the Gear icon on the page and go to the Rows section.
  3. Click on the drop-down icon and choose how many rows you want to show on your page.

For the Vendor's page:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu and select the Vendors tab.
  2. Select the Gear icon on the page and go to the Rows section.
  3. Click on the drop-down icon and choose how many rows you want to show on your page.

However, the option to set a default number of rows on the customers and vendors page is unavailable in QBO. For now, I'd recommend sending a feature request to our Product Development Team. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
  2. Enter your suggestions, then select Next.

In addition, you can check out this reference for your future tasks if you want to track specific aspects of your business: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

I'm just a few clicks away if you have any follow-up questions or other concerns with QuickBooks, @tv105. Just leave a reply and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Have a good one!
