How to delete or edit invoice products and services

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Community page. You have two ways on how to delete or edit the product and services on your invoice. I'm here to guide you on how.

If you want to update the product or service that is added to an invoice, you can modify it by selecting a new item from the Invoice page. Here's how:

1. Open the invoice transaction.
2. Click on the drop-down arrow under Product/Service.
3. Select a new item from there.

On the other hand, if you wish to modify or delete this item from your record, you can go to the Products and Services window.

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Products and Services.
2. Locate the product or service you want to delete/edit.
3. Click on Edit under Action to make changes to the item. And, choose to Make inactive to remove the item from the lists.
