I have some steps you can take to enter multiple email addresses in a single invoice, mefritz2.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can send an invoice to multiple email addresses in two ways:
- Type in the email address separated by a comma and space.
- Using the Cc (carbon copy) or Bcc (blind carbon copy) fields.
Please note that when sending a single invoice to multiple email recipients there's a 100-character limit in the email address field, including spaces.
To send a single invoice to separate email addresses, here's how:
- Navigate to + New.
- Click Invoice.
- Select a Customer, then type in the email addresses separated by a comma and space, or enter the email addresses in either the Cc or Bcc field.
- Select Review and Send.
