I just set up recurring sales receipt. Start date TODAY, 2/2/2021. Thereafter, the first of every month. How do I know if one went out now?

If not, how do I process a single ACH pmt

Hello there, @felicia5

There are a lot of ways to know if you're recurring sales receipt is already went out. You can go to the Sales menu and open the transactions from there. Let me show you how:

  1. Click Sales on the left pane.
  2. At the top left, choose the All Sales tab.
  3. Tap the Filter drop-down arrow then choose Sales Receipt in the Type column.
  4. Select the customer's name.
  5. Under Customer, you can see the Last Delivery where the sales receipt was sent out.

The other way is to open the Audit Log report to trace the sales receipt. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top of your company.
  2. Choose the Audit Log under Tools
  3. Click on the drop-down for Filter to sort the data.
  4. Locate the Sales Receipt and tap the View button.
  5. Click the drop-down arrow to see the history of the transaction.

Thank you, Joesem. I was so frustrated yesterday; my client was billed twice because I got conflicting information from the team at QB. I will keep your response as a reference for next time.
