I still have a reminder that I need to pay Fed Unemployment for 2019, but it is paid and I have a confirmation. How do I get rid of the reminder?

For this, I recommend contacting support as they have tools available that can remove this reminder from the list since you've paid the unemployment for 2019.

To contact support:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

To get the phone number of our phone support agents, just go to the Call us section in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For the detailed steps, just follow the instructions below:

1. Click the Help on the top menu.
2. Hit Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern in What can we help you with? field.
4. Tick Let's talk.
5. Tap Get the number button.
6. Enter your information details in the Give us a call section.
7. Press Get the number button.
