If you disable the payment methods from your Invoice page, it will ensure that they will no longer appear when you send an invoice to your customer. To accomplish this, here are the steps you can follow.
- Open your QBO account, then + New, and select Invoice.
- Click the Gear icon on your invoice page.
- Head to the Payment option dropdown.
- In the Accepted payment methods, untick the payment options. Also, you can untick the Payment link option from the Design dropdown.
- Add the necessary information.
- Hit Review and send, then Send invoice.
