I want to print a bill that we paid from a vendor how do you do that in Quickbooks online?

I can see how beneficial it is for you and your business to print a paid bill from a vendor in QuickBooks Online. I'd be glad to walk you through the process of how:

1. From the Expenses menu, go to Paid Bills.
2. Choose the bill and click View/Edit.
3. Click the payment associated with the bill.
   
   
    
4. Go to the Memo, and type Paid.
5. Click Print.

This prints the check it doesn't print the Invoice showing it is marked paid.  I just want to print the Invoice showing it is marked paid not print the payment.  How do I do that?

I can see how the feature to print invoices marked paid would be helpful for you. However, this isn't available in QBO at the moment. In the meantime, it would be great to share your suggestions and feedback regarding this option with our product developer. Here's how to send feedback:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Share your feedback.
4.  Click Next to submit.
