It's possible the cancellation of the account didn't go through. You can check it again and cancel QuickBooks. Let me guide you through the steps:
- Open a web browser on your computer.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
- Follow the onscreen steps.
- Click Done.
You can still access your company file for one year so you can pick up where you left off if you decide to come back. We delete the data after that.
If you use QuickBooks Online Payments, you need to cancel this account separately. Follow the steps to close your Payments account.
For the refund, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They can check and validate your account.
