Let's log in to QuickBooks Online and check your billing subscription from there. This way, you'll be able to know the charges taken from your account.


The billing history will display the last six (6) months's bill. And, statements are visible the day after the billing date.


Here's how to view the payment history:

  1. Go to this link: QuickBooks Online.
  2. Enter your login credentials.
  3. Click the Gear ⚙ icon at the right top.
  4. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  5. Go to Billing Subscription from the left navigation bar.
  6. In the QuickBooks section, click View Payment History.

After that, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team so they can pull up your account in a secure environment. By doing so, they'll be able to verify and correct your billing subscription.
