I'm happy to share some information about running reports in QuickBooks Online.
At this time, we're able to run a report that shows your pending estimates. However, we can't show the items use from each of them. For now, you can manually track the inventory used on those transactions and their corresponding quantities.
Here's how to run a report to see your pending estimates:
- Look for Estimates by Customer from the Reports page, then tap it to open.
- Go to the Customize button.
- Select Pending from the Estimate Status, then click on Run report.
- From there review the items used for each estimate.
