I turned on invoice reminders via the gear icon at the top. All three reminders are on. When I go to an invoice transaction there isn't the ability to select invoice reminders that you would typically see. It works for one of my clients but not the other. The client it works for is on QBO Essentials and the one it does not work for is QBO Plus. Any ideas?

I'll share some insight on how you can locate the invoice reminder in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QuickBooks checks the due dates on your invoices a few times a day. It automatically sends reminders if any match your criteria. Specific clients cannot be excluded. Additionally, even if the invoice wasn't initially delivered by email to the customer, QBO sends reminders for invoices with the Customer email field filled out. Also, QBO uses this as a template for all invoice reminders. When you create an invoice, the due date on the form starts the clock.
Since you mentioned that the feature is already enabled, then it'll automatically send invoice reminders based on what you've setup. Alternatively, you can also see the Send reminder option on the Invoices page. Here's how:

Kevin_C - thank you for the explanation but I need to clarify my issue. I know how to turn reminders on and I know how to use them. My problem is that the ability to toggle reminders on/off for individual invoice transactions is no appearing for one of my clients. However, it appears for another one of my clients. The image shows where I would normally expect it to appear but it doesn't. This is more of an IT issue with QBO than it is a "how do I do zyz".
