Issues with phone uploading receipts. I have uniatalled and reinstalled app. The pictures are not uploading.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get your receipts uploaded in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

We appreciate you for providing some solutions to get this resolved. QuickBooks supports PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images. If you have a newer iPhone or iPad, your images might be in the HEIC format. We'll need to convert HEIC images to a compatible format. Once done, try uploading your receipts to QBO again. 

 

If the same thing happens, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue. To reach them, follow the steps below:

 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company using the web browser.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
