Looking for something comparable to quickbooks that doesn't take it upon themselves to change your settings, or how your invoices look, or how you pay your sales tax.

We've always prioritized to ensure we're giving the best feature for invoicing, @lockguys. I'm here to provide updates regarding the new invoice look in QuickBooks Online.

The design team has made enhancements to fit customers' mental models using the invoice form. We’re releasing a new estimate and invoice layout for QuickBooks Online that can help you land jobs, keep work moving, and get paid faster. You won't have to worry about extra steps to access it since the new layout will be available automatically after the update. Even your old invoices and estimates will remain accessible after the release.

We want to ensure your thoughts will reach our Developer Team, and with that said, I'd recommend sending feedback. This way, they can see your request and consider it for the next program update. I'll gladly write the steps below to get you going:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon.
3. Below the Profile column, select Send Feedback.
4. Enter a brief description of your feature request.
5. Once you're ready, press Send.

Our product engineers will consider your suggestions, and you can always check the status of your request through this link: QuickBooks Online Customer Feedback.

In the meantime, you can switch it back to the old layout anytime. Once you've switched to the old/classic experiences on the invoice, we cannot opt back into the new experiences. You can follow the steps outlined below:

1. Go to the +New button.
2. Under the Customers column, select Invoice.
3. In the upper-right corner, click the Old Layout button.
   
   
4. Once ready, select the Leave button below.
