Missing data on a report

I am running an invoice transaction report and added the column to include "payment method" on the report. Although the payment method is included on each invoice originally generated, it is not showing on the report itself.  As suggested when browsing for a solution, I have cleared the cache and tried to run the report in incognito mode with no luck.

I appreciate the steps you've performed and the details you shared. Let me provide clarification on how the Payment Method works in QuickBooks Online and ensure you can run a report with complete data.

 

Although the payment method can be selected every time you create an invoice, it is only used as a selection for your customers when they pay invoices. The chosen method in the entry will not appear on the report.

 

Furthermore, the information displayed in the Payment method column is the preferred method of the received payment. With this, you have to make sure that the appropriate details is configured on the said entry.
