Thanks for sharing that screenshot, irenesjkim. Visual references are helpful when troubleshooting reporting-related concerns. I'm here to help you identify the names associated with these transactions.
Before we dive into the specifics, can you provide the name of the report in your screenshot? Can you also describe the steps you took to open this report? We're asking these questions to make sure that we offer you the most accurate steps.
In the meantime, you can run the Journal Report. Then, customize it so it will only show general journal entries. Here’s how to do that:
- Go to the Reports menu, look for Accountant and Taxes, and then click Journal.
- Click Customize, then proceed to the Filters tab.
- Type in Transaction Type in the Search field.
- Click the drop-down list for Transaction Type and choose Journal.
- Choose OK.
After that, you can cross-reference the information in the report with the data from your screenshot to view all names in the transaction.
If you still see the word "Multiple" under the Name column, you can double-click on it. This will open the actual transaction so you can see the actual names in the Customer:Job column.
I’d also like to share two other helpful resources that will make navigating your reports much easier:
