Hello, Mark.
We currently have an issue where expenses don't show up when viewing the Projects overview screen (or individual projects). Our engineers are working on a patch to fix the project expenses. I'll share a couple of workarounds for you so you can view your transactions.
You'll want to check the expenses on the main dashboard. You can also use a regular Profit and Loss report or the Project Profitability report for each project.
To run the Project Profitability report:
- Go to Projects, then select a specific project.
- Click the Project Reports tab.
- Select Project Profitability.

Also, you'll want to reach out to our support so you can be added to the list of affected users. You'll be notified through email when the issue is finally fixed. I'd love to do it here but I'm unable to get your contact details since this is a public space.
To contact our support:
- Click the Help icon and select the Talk to a human option.
- When the chat bot asks, enter "affected by the issue. Reference number: INV-53387."
- Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
- Select how you want to reach our support (phone or chat).
