New invoicing - missing feature when adding time to invoice

I am following your thread to see where you go.  I am researching other companies for my personal set of books.  I can't move clients but the time entry feature is the breaking point for my companies.

New invoicing - missing feature when adding time to invoice

Do you have any update on when we can get the "add all time entries" feature back please?  This is incredibly frustrating and I will be looking for other accounting/billing software if QB doesn't get its act together and ACTUALLY IMPROVE the software instead of just randomly taking away a very important feature that your customers need and rely on.

New invoicing - missing feature when adding time to invoice

Hello there, @KAJinPGH

I understand how frustrating it can be when we encounter difficulties adding all time entries. Let me provide you with some details on how to add all time entries through invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

After the recent update, we can now add all time entries in QuickBooks. To do this, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to Sales and select Invoices.
  2. Locate the Invoice that you want to add time entries to and click Edit.
  3. In the invoice interface, select the Manage option or the small gear icon and then choose Suggested Transactions in the Suggestions section.
  4. Select the Add All option or choose the Billable time that you want to add to that invoice.
  5. Review the entries and select Save and Close.

You can also refer to the screenshot provided below for visual guidance:

I'll add this article to help you personalize and add specific information to your sales form: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions about adding all time entries. I'm always here to help, @KAJinPGH. Take care.
