Welcome to the Community, @SocialK8

Let me guide you on making a copy of your previous invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you’re using the new layout of the invoice, you can create a copy by clicking on the Manage option at the top right of your invoice.

Here’s how:

  1. At the left panel of your QBO account, select Sales.
  2. Click on All Sales, then choose the Invoice you want to create a copy with.
  3. Tap on Edit.
  4. At the upper right, select Manage.
  5. Hit on the Action dropdown, then choose Make a copy.

After that, you have now you’ve copied the invoice from your previous one.

If you’re using the old invoice layout and can’t find the Copy at the More option located at the bottom of your invoice. I recommend doing troubleshooting steps on your end. In this way, any changes or browser problems will be fixed to be able to have a smooth experience while using QBO.

You can also read this article about the recent updates with invoices in QBO: See what’s new with estimates and invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to hit the Reply button and leave a comment below if you have other inquiries about your QBO invoices. I’m just a post away. Have a good one!
