Buy nowHi there, wires44. I'll assist you in resolving this payment issue with QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If you've received a payment via credit card but your bank account isn't set up to accept credit card payments, there might be a few steps you can take to resolve this discrepancy between QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) and your bank account.
These are things that you can consider. First, since you mentioned that your bank account isn't set up to take credit card payments, it's possible that you or someone with access to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account has manually marked the invoice as paid.
Second, If you're certain that the payment should have been received but doesn't show up in your bank account after a reasonable amount of time, consider reaching out to your bank's customer service. Sometimes, banks may hold credit card payments for additional verification or due to security concerns.
Lastly, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payments Team to know about the status of your funds. They will be able to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information regarding your payment transactions.
Also, if you decide to connect your bank or credit card account to QuickBooks Self-Employed, I suggest checking this article as a reference: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.
I'll be around if you still need my assistance or have other banking concerns. Keep safe!
Good morning Archie_b, and thank you for answering my question regarding the payment not showing up in my bank account. I did follow your advice and set up my QB account to receive credit cards, and shortly after I received a "payment pending " message from the bank.
Thank you for your help.
