Once your data is successfully migrated, removing previously reconciled transactions is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. All statements in your Account Edge will be unreconciled and needs to go through the reconciliation process again.
This is to ensure that all the data is migrated accurately. To help you reconcile your account, you can follow the steps below:
- Click the Gear icon at the upper-right corner and choose Reconcile.
- Select an Account you want to reconcile.
- Enter other necessary information.
- Hit Start reconciling.
