Please know that the filters and columns differ in every report. To better understand the issue with the missing notes, I would like to know which report you generated.
To see the Note to Customer box on invoices in a report, select the Customer/Vendor Message under More Columns. Grayed-out items indicate that they do not apply to the accessed report. For instance, I pulled up the Invoice List by Date or Transactions List by Customer.
Additionally, there are character limits for fields. That said, I recommend sending a bid for unlimited ones to our Product Development Team. We value your ideas for improving the program, and I can guide you on how to do this.
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
- Share your request with the product, then click Next.
